After finally convincing him, Brittany personally wheeled him down to the ER and gave full report to the staff.
Brittany had a patient whose husband came to see her. Brittany noticed her husband was in a lot of pain. She took the time out of her busy day to fully assess the husband. She noticed his knee was red and inflamed and convinced him into going to the ER downstairs. After finally convincing him, she personally wheeled him down to the ER and gave full report to the staff. Because of her compassion and caring heart, her patient's husband was well taken care of. Brittany is what it means to be an Advocate team member.
