Brittany made all the difference in the world to my stay; very compassionate and answered all my questions and was always there when I needed her. If she was busy, she made sure someone was there for me. It makes the stay so much better and more pleasant when you know you are going to be made to feel comfortable and make you feel like you truly matter.
