My daughter was admitted on Tuesday with an acute gallbladder attack. We met Brittany the next morning. She was with us when the word “surgery” was used and my daughter was fearful. She went above and beyond to comfort her, answer questions and talk her through every situation. On a very busy floor, she never made us feel like we weren’t getting the best one on one care even though she never stopped the two days she was with us. She is soft-spoken, personable, and a true light to her patients. My daughter and I teared up when it was time for her shift to end. We had amazing care while at DCH, but this sweet, competent nurse left a forever imprint on this mamma’s heart!
