Brittany's positive attributes always come through when interacting with patients. After being attached to posey alarm for several days, the patient (that would be me) refused alarm and prepared to leave AMA. Brittany came, soothed and explained. She calmed and reassured the patient, and by her calming skills reversed a difficult situation. She has shown patient centered concern, and is innovative with solutions. She addressed the patient's concerns, making the patient feel respected and that her fear and stress was understood. She is a DAISY Nurse!
