From the first moment I met Britney, she listened to each of my concerns. I was in so much pain that she asked the surgeon to meet with me first. She advocated for me. Even after my surgery, I felt that something wasn’t right. She not only listened, but she also texted the doctor about each one of my concerns and kept me updated. She cared about my fears and what I needed. I was more than a patient to her.

Britney took the time to get to know me and what my true concerns and needs were. She talked to the shift change and made sure everyone was informed of everything I needed. She cared about me as a person. I wasn’t just a patient.
