We were very nervous patients as we started to induce labor. Brittany was calm, supportive and extremely informative. We asked her numerous questions, each one answered in a calming and straight forward way making us feel protected and taken care of. She is simply amazing. Expertise knowledge great bedside manner.

Brittany is the most caring and compassionate nurse I have ever had. She has supported me through all of my deliveries here at Condell. She listens to the needs of her patients and helps in any way she can - always with a smile on her face. Brittany volunteered to take care of me during the C-section of my second daughter and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Then in 2017, we lost our son R. Again she volunteered to be my nurse. She took care of me during the tears and provided support. Her compassion will never be forgotten. She made my stay during that time as bearable as possible. She has remembered that day, each year since which means so much to our family.
Now this year we welcomed our son J. Brittany knew how nervous and scared we were prior to this C-section. She switched around her schedule so she could take care of me during my surgery which also happened to be her first day shift. She is so incredibly thoughtful and selfless. We really appreciated the friendly face to calm our nerves. She assured that I received the best care that morning. Because of her and my amazing Doctor, we had a flawless C-section and got to meet our rainbow baby in the best possible environment. She helped me that first day and again requested to care for me during my post-partum stay. Never did she seem too busy for us- immediately listening and completing any request. She is a fantastic team player and a great role model for all. She always provides exemplary safe care. For all these reasons, Brittany is a DAISY Nurse.
