Brittany is an exceptional nurse and coworker. She always starts and ends her day with a smile and a wonderful attitude. Not only does she have a great rapport with her patients, but with staff, CNAs, doctors, and other nurses as well. There were many times I would get reports on patients from Brittany and they would be mad or sad that she would be leaving for the night. She always goes above and beyond for her patients every single day while treating them as if they were her own family.
Brittany is a blessing to her coworkers. One day, another nurse had a critical patient and Brittany acted right away to help her coworker get what she needed and the care the patient needed. I had to work a day shift, my first in 3 years, and she always asked if I needed help and when I was struggling to get patients discharged, she stepped right in and got paperwork ready, no questions asked. No matter how busy or overwhelming it gets, Brittany is always willing to help students learn and help them assess their patients when they have questions. Brittany is an all-around wonderful person and nurse.
