My Mom was recently hospitalized at ETMC and Brittany was her nurse. Brittany monitored my mom's care carefully; she made sure my mom was safe by watching her and making sure she could go to the bathroom by herself without falling. My mom hadn't eaten anything in over twenty four hours. Brittany had a diabetic meal brought to her after checking with the doctor. You know moms are very special people and you only truly have one so for Brittany to treat my Mom like she was her mom was remarkable and really made me feel good knowing my mom was in such caring, competent, and professional hands.
Brittany explained in detail about my mom's care - what to expect, what would happen and when. Although I can just imagine how busy she was with other patients, she made us feel like we were the only ones admitted. Never ever have I felt so cared for at a hospital like Brittany did and the compassionate care she gave, but how she made my sick mom feel as well as our family.
