My mother was admitted to Cardinal Hill for a second time in a year in April 2021. Nurse Brittany remembered my mom from June 2020. Brittney has always provided excellent care to Mom and is always so pleasant, compassionate, and helpful. Being a nurse myself, I know the challenges of being a floor nurse and managing the needs of many patients. She always balanced this with grace and competence. She is the type of nurse who is rare- she lights up the room every time she enters it regardless of the situation. She assesses the needs of her patients and jumps in quickly to meet those needs. She takes the extra time to get to know her patients and family members. She seems to sacrifice many weekends to care for others and yet it never shows. My mother, my brothers, and I are forever in debt to Brittany for all she has done.

It's comforting as a daughter and a nurse to know somebody as competent and compassionate as she is, caring for your loved one when you can not. Thank you Brittany for all you have done for mom and all of your patients. You are a true DAISY Nurse.
