Her compassionate assistance was very helpful to the family and me. The family had two members involved in a single-vehicle traffic accident. They had arrived expecting to find both men in the ED. However, only one was brought in. Emergency response divers were still searching for the vehicle. Her assistance as I worked with the family was extremely helpful and touched the family. It provided them with much-needed support and comfort during an extraordinarily difficult time.
