My daughter was admitted for an acute pulmonary embolism. Our daughter exhibited unusual behavior after a normal morning. Brittany paged the team with her concern. She remained calm during what was a potentially life-threatening situation and expressed her concern and sense of urgency also to the nurse manager. My daughter was taken to the intensive care unit. This nurse should be recognized for her excellent care! We have had many nurses for the past 29 years and she is a standout.
