Brittany Schrader, RN

When Brittany works she always demonstrates she cares about the patients. She shows compassion to the patients daily by lifting up their spirits and providing a listening ear, and she tries to make their day brighter. There was a patient whose health started to decline, and he was becoming more discouraged about his health changes. She sat chairside with this patient for a period of time, listening, and she tried to cheer the patient by telling him a funny story. When she comes to work, she strives to make a patient's day better and help them to know they are important.
