Brittany was so kind and helpful. She had a tattoo that said "one day at a time" which was so helpful to me. I pray much kindness for her and her family. That's what makes a good nurse being kind and caring when you don't know that person.

While in the hospital, I knew that my condition was very serious. I was treated with exceptional care by the entire staff from the ER throughout my stay. I could not have been treated any better medically or emotionally. This brings me to Brittany Schwartz. I am a 72-year-old male and admit that realizing I was very sick. I was afraid of what my future would be. Brittany took the time to talk to me to assure me and to calm my nerves. Brittany, through her show of compassion, exhibited a love for her patients and a desire to help her patients heal physically and mentally. As I tried my first real steps walking down the hall, Brittany was there by my side to support each step and encouraged me as I took those steps. Brittany took the time and opportunity to make a lasting impression on my heart. As I was delivered to my wife when leaving Annie Penn, Brittany gave each of us a hug of assurance.
