Brittany Tolar, RN

When I look at Northwestern's "core values," I want to nominate Brittany Tolar for the DAISY Award! Brittany carries such integrity. When I asked her about her job here, she exuded with pride and such integrity. She is a breath of fresh air, prioritizing such excellence as teamwork and putting patients first. She truly went above and beyond to deliver safe, compassionate, and outstanding care. When I think of world-class service, Brittany is your shining star! She beams when she talks about the culture at Lake Forest Hospital and how wonderful her teammates and patients are/ her work here. She collaborated with the doctors and nurse managers when I needed her most. She was professional and compassionate about her work and brought such quality.
