We were in a sleeper room with our adopted daughter and after a rough night due to poor feeding because she was small at birth, Brittany came in for the dayshift and immediately lifted our stress with her sweet and caring demeanor. We felt that we were in a very capable hands with her. Later in the day, there was an issue (emotional) with the birthmother and the way Brittany handled it was wonderful. She never lost her cool, took care of us and our baby and we trusted her judgement with everything, 100% !. She is more than deserving of this award.
