Brittany is an amazing and caring young lady. She answers all my questions and requests when I call her. If she can't, she gets the answer and calls back in a timely manner with a smile on her face (you can hear her smile through the phone line!). She never fails to greet me with a smile and a hug which lets me know that she cares.

I love her gentle voice and gentle actions that makes a sick person feel just better enough to smile back. She is great in my eyes and my family loves her too.

For the last year and eight months, she has been consistently wonderful and that amazes me. She never seems to tire of her position and that shows in everything she does. Love her!
