Brittany is an excellent nurse and is very diligent. Until recently, we have been short staffed over the past six months with a high nurse/MA attrition rate. During that time, Brittany embraced the role of team captain and set a great example for staff to follow. She goes above and beyond for our patients and she also contributes to many of the committees: quality team, safety team, and the Coleman DPI project. She arrives early to work and is often one of the last staff members to leave the clinic. Now that we are fully staffed, she mentors staff and continues to take excellent care of our patients. She truly is a superstar.
