My three-week-old daughter was admitted overnight to the labor and delivery unit, and Brittany truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and cared for during this frightening experience. She provided such comfort and support, making me, as a first-time mom, feel empowered to push through. Brittany was hands-on without being intrusive, and she shared helpful tips on feeding our little girl, drawing from her own experiences with her daughter, who had similar needs.

In a time filled with fear, she managed to bring smiles and laughter to my husband and me. Brittany also collaborated with her coworkers to guarantee our daughter received the best care possible; she brought in another nurse who had experience with various children and shared her own tricks to help our little one. It was clear that Brittany was not just going through the motions; she genuinely wanted to make a positive impact during this daunting time for new parents. We left feeling more confident in our ability to help our daughter regain her health. I never had the opportunity to express how truly grateful we are for her exceptional care. She is truly a blessing to that unit!
