July 2015 Honoree
brittany wilson, RN
From a patient that has been in many local emergency departments due to alcohol abuse, including ours:
"It was a cold and snowy winter day. I was outside in my wheelchair intoxicated to the point that I was passed out. My jacket was unzipped and my hood was not on," the patient said. He said that Brittany was on her way home from the hospital when she spotted him and stopped her car. "She assisted me to zip up my jacket and put my hat on my head. There are not many people that ever stop to help me, but Brittany did. Thank you so much, Brittany!"

Thank you, Brittany, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
