Britinni is an amazing charge nurse, she just jumps in and helps without having to be asked. Whenever she can pitch in she does. I was having an incredibly busy night. She did my two admissions, restarted an IV, took my patient to a CT scan, and checked on me throughout the shift. She was also there for the rest of the staff on 5W as well. She watched another nurse's team while she did CPR. She is always just so positive and supportive. If I could give her 100 daisies I would.
