Brittnay is rarely seen without a smile on her face. She helps lighten the mood of her patients and co-workers alike. Brittnay exemplifies the philosophy of putting her patients needs before her own. She has a servant heart and tries to influence the rest of the staff to act in a similar manner. On her own, Brittnay has begun to "round" on patients in the waiting room. She provides hourly updates on wait times and frequently makes sure that those in the waiting room are as comfortable as possible. Sometimes this means a simple reassessment, sometimes it entails passing out blankets, pillows and water. In all ways, this leads to a happier patient and a better overall experience.
