Brittney's overall care of our child was above and beyond anything we expected! She was extremely caring and sensitive during the IV process which is very scary for K. She continually delivered warm blankets on her own initiative when K told her she was cold. She conducted vitals without ever disturbing K - especially when she was most uncomfortable. Brittney anticipated K's needs just by looking at her and listening to her. She encouraged K to smile by offering extras like painting toenails and bringing her books. Brittney's personal touch, love of her job, and star qualities shine through each and every time she came in to care for our child. Our child said she loved Brittney and that means a lot to mom and dad!
