From the moment mom was brought to the SSU, Brittney was kind, compassionate, and attentive in every way to all of us. She spoke to my mom in such a loving and caring way that I even commented to her that I was impressed with the way she treated my mom as if she were her own mom or grandmother.
Our family watched her tend to other patients, and she was just as kind and compassionate with them so it was not that she was doing this because we were in attendance.
