When Brittni walked in our room on a particularly hard night and shared with us her own story, she immediately put us at ease, calmed our spirits, and gave us hope for L's future with his particular disease. She made extra efforts for us that were truly above and beyond. She has such a gentle spirit, showed such compassion, and calmed this mother's heart.
