I am writing to formally recognize Brittni Way, a nurse at Sumner Regional Medical Center, for the exceptional care and compassion she provided to me during my recent hospitalization.
During a time when I was physically unwell and emotionally vulnerable, Brittni went above and beyond the standard expectations of nursing care. From the moment she entered my room, she demonstrated genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained my care clearly, and ensured I felt safe and supported throughout my stay.

Whether it was promptly responding to my needs, advocating on my behalf, or simply offering reassurance during difficult moments, Brittni consistently treated me with dignity and respect. Her calm presence and compassionate approach made a significant difference in my recovery and overall hospital experience.
