My parent had a misdiagnosis on their chart, and Brittny helped my family get the right people notified to correct this! While my spouse was a patient at Trinity, Brittny was very kind to both of us. I called to speak with my spouse’s nurse to check on my spouse, and they were unable to talk to me at that moment. Brittny made sure to call me after a little bit and made sure to give me a thorough update about my spouse’s surgery!
