My mother is at the end of her life and Bronté cared for her with great compassion. She spoke to my mother directly, not about my mother to others. This respected Mom as a person and honored her right to self-advocate. Bronté showed tremendous patience with my mother as she struggled to take medications and continue with daily functioning. She was thorough in her care and we are grateful.
Bronté explained everything that Mom or the family asked about that she was doing for Mom. This allowed all of us to feel informed.
