Brook Erickson, RN
Brook Erickson is the go-to person in our department. Always willing to help out and is a very competent and knowledgeable nurse. Not to mention her plethora of compassion and patience that she constantly displays.
Brook is constantly going above and beyond for our patients and will follow through until she is able to help the patient with whatever is needed.
Brook was beyond patient and kind with a patient who needed assistance, arranging her appointments so that the patient could move forward with a very important procedure. This is just one example of spectacular care coordination and patient care that Brook has provided to our patients.
She has spent hours many times over the past year trying to coordinate important follow-up care for various patients and assisting them in understanding the plan of care and being comfortable with how to proceed.
Brook exemplifies the kind of nurse that patients, loved ones, and staff recognize as an outstanding role model and co-worker. She is a great example of many of Mayo Clinic's RICH TIES values — Respect, Integrity, Compassion, Healing, Teamwork and Excellence — and is a valued member of our Cannon Falls Family Practice team.
