Brook went above and beyond the call of duty while my husband and I were in the ER with our infant son. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, and reassuring about his GI related issues. She made a stressful situation a lot better by sitting down and talking to us and sharing personal information with us.
She is caring, loveable, fun and friendly to be around. She makes the patient feel very welcome and that is why I believe she is a true DAISY Nurse.
