Brooke Cooney showed excellent compassion and professionalism. She was so calm and understanding with my three-year-old, who was yelling, screaming and kicking while trying to get test samples. Brooke was very pleasant and caring. She is just a wonderful person and a very good nurse. She took my three-year-old's tantrum with a breeze. She is a very patient woman. You hired a great nurse, that's for sure!
