Brooke goes above and beyond when providing care to her patients. When she is charging, she takes a load of patients, makes discharge phone calls, assists the nurses on the floor, and ensures the workday flows smoothly. In other words, she's a faithful nurse who tackles a multitude of different tasks at the same time. She does all these things without complaining. Brooke is one of the best charge nurses and team leaders I have worked with. Her calm voice and personality in the face of crisis are very reassuring, not only to patients and families but to her co-workers as well. I am so blessed to have this opportunity to work with Brooke as my charge nurse, team leader, and fellow nurse!
