Brooke Schmidt, RN

My son, "J" was in a car accident that was horrible and life-threatening. His nurse for a few days was Brooke in the SICU, she was so amazing with him. "J" loved her and said “she treats me with respect, extremely kind, took really good care of me, and was very attentive to me and my needs. I barely had to ask for anything, she just was always there with a smile. She encouraged me to do things to help strengthen me, even if I said I don’t want to. She would educate me and have me try again. I love how she made it her mission to get me to my best. She is one of the best nurses I’ve had!” "J" is not wrong, Brooke went over and beyond for "J" and doesn’t complain or show that it’s inconvenient if asked to do something. Brooke’s personality is amazing, "J" loved being able to joke with her, it made him smile which made me and he really needed her bubbly, joking, funny and silly personality!! Thank you, Brooke, keep on helping bring those smiles to your patients!!
