Brooke received nominations from three separate patients and/or their family members this last quarter. Among the nominations, Brooke was described as being "cheerful", "efficient", "kind", helpful" and "always has a smile and makes eye contact". One patient said they appreciated the time and attention she dedicated to them at their visit, and another patient stated she helped to answer all their questions. One family member of a patient stated, "Brooke touched our lives by making our doctor visits for our elderly mom enjoyable."
