Brooke is a wonderful, compassionate nurse that goes above and beyond for her patients. An example of this is when Brooke is working the nest. She makes the dads feel welcome and educates them at the same time. She makes their experience warm and welcomed as a team member that works in the PACU. She brings in the babies, tells mothers about their new little ones, and even helps with breastfeeding. You are lucky to have her as a team member and I can't think of anyone that is more deserving of recognition.

From the very beginning, Brooke was the most informative person around. She took the time to explain to me what jaundice was and how it affected my baby. She was nice, polite, patient, efficient and very, very loving to my baby and all other babies at the nest. When I was released from the hospital and my baby had to stay, she took care of me and my needs by making sure I was comfortable and I was on top of my meds. She is the best of the best!
