Brooke Williams was excellent. From the moment her shift began our labor was intensifying and she went above and beyond to make us comfortable and provide support. When mom was starting to get into the aggressive contractions, Brooke stayed in the room with mom and dad to help coach and provide needed support. Mom was able to make it through and deliver the baby girl naturally, in large part because of Brooke's care and coaching. Brooke showed genuine care and wanted to help in every phase of the delivery and aftercare.
