Brooke was amazing with me after I had my decompression surgery. If I needed anything, she was there almost before I could push the button. She explained everything, but most times, she had to repeat herself because my memory was shady. She was gentle, kind, and informative. I was terrified, and having her as my nurse really ended up easing a lot of that fear. I needed to be bathed, and my hair, which is very long and can be a pain, needed to be brushed, and she made the experience as easy as it could be. She was very gentle brushing my hair which I was so grateful for having had brain surgery. I’ve had quite a few surgeries now, and she’s the first that I’ve had who seems to really enjoy her job fully and respects and appreciates her patients. She’s a true carer and a master at her craft. In short, Brooke Wilson is an Extraordinary Nurse and an Extraordinary human being.
