Brooklynn is such a ray of sunshine. She always has a smile, which definitely brings a smile to my heart. She is very good at her communication; she tells me if I'm getting a new medicine and what its purpose is. She listens, answers my questions, and has talked with the doctor to find answers. She treats me like a human, not just a patient - a big plus! She is always checking on me, seeing what my needs are. You are very blessed to have her on your team. One big ball of sunshine. She just touches your heart. It has made my stay so pleasant.
