Coming out of surgery, I was a bit unsettled. Brooks was kind, caring, and supportive. He was helpful in every step of the way- beyond just niceness. He was able to discuss my situation in ways that were understandable, helpful, and reassuring. There was quite a bit of oozing from the puncture sites. Brooks was able to find ways to control, monitor, and maintain whatever was necessary. It was a difficult time trying to make sure that the situation went from difficult to somewhat stable. His calm, reassuring presence was extremely helpful.
