Our son was a patient at McAuley from March 15-18 and it was one of the most difficult times our family has ever faced. From the minute we met Bruce at the first visiting hours he gave us a tremendous sense of comfort and hope. He was informative and compassionate in his communication and did a tremendous job of alleviating our stress and helped us to interact better with [our son]. We told him how much our son liked to exercise so he made a point of working out with him at one of the outdoor sessions. Very thoughtful.

I'm certain Bruce has provided this same comfort to many families facing similar difficult challenges. The gift he gives to so many is invaluable and we would love to see him recognized for his effort that goes above and beyond.
