My bother was admitted to Safe Harbor when he took a turn for the worse with liver failure. Bruce was able to communicate with him in a way no one else did as well as being the first nurse to help me get my brother up and walking. I had asked other nurses and was told he wouldn't be able to walk when I knew that wasn't true. Bruce was amazing in his communication, empathy, and had compassion. These are qualities you don't teach - these you must possess.
