Bruce can frequently be found at his patient's bedside caring for them. In the Emergency Room, he can be found visiting his prospective patients, introducing himself, and educating the patient on what they can expect during their stay while here at Health First. When his patient is transferred to his Unit, the patient is greeted into a well-prepared room that includes cute little towel animals that put a smile on his patients' faces upon entering the room. By being highly engaged with his patients, going above and beyond in his patient care, such as personally greeting his patients and placing towel animals on their bed, he helps to place his patients at ease.
