Bryan J White, RN, MSN

Bryan White was my saving grace during critical care. The enthusiasm he displayed every clinical day made me want to continue learning, despite the early Saturday morning clinicals. Not only that, but he was and still is an amazing role model to whom I will forever look up. He took the time to go through the “whys” with our patients and pushed us to be better with our studies. If I had a question, I knew that Bryan would have the correct answer. If I needed advice related to nursing, I knew Bryan could lead me in the right direction. If we needed to go over certain concepts from lecture, which he was not the teacher of, he took the time to not only draw pictures and go over the content but to find real patients in the hospital that the concepts pertained to and gave students opportunities that I will never forget. Bryan White puts so much heart into what he does, and I truly believe he deserves this award.
