Bryan Reid, RN

Since Bryan Reid started at this hospital, he has been nothing short of a gift to the department. He has been able to room patients and significantly increase the efficiency of seeing patients. He always helps with difficult situations and leads by example in an ego-neutral manner. He fixes issues simply without distractions about who should be addressing issues. He is kind to residents, new nurses, and students. His patient care is an example for all medical providers. He quickly gains the trust of challenging patients, resulting in better outcomes and the de-escalation of hostile situations. He understands disparities and marginalized patient populations and treats them with unmatched respect and professionalism. As a resident, I learn new and invaluable lessons about compassion and patient care each time I work with him.
