When we arrived, we were visibly upset and shaken. Bryan was comforting to us and answered all of our questions with explanations we could understand. We watched Bryan take care of our dad. He was a calming force which helped with the acceptance of the gravity of our dad's situation. When we had to make hard decisions, he made us feel like we were the only family on his list. Even the little things like the way he sat, listened and placed a hand on our shoulder made a huge impact. Bryan was the calming force that we needed in our time of crisis. The care and compassion he showed our dad and family was truly a blessing.
