I had to take my 22-month-old daughter to the ER for an allergic reaction. Bryanna was so kind, made sure my daughter was cared for and thoroughly explained what was going on to me. She was so wonderful in helping me get new pants when mine were soiled from my daughter's vomiting, bringing apple juice in case the medicine my daughter needed to take tasted bad, and giving me a tampon from her own supply because I forgot to bring extras, and bringing Christmas gifts to us to entertain and comfort us during our stay. She went above and beyond to help us, and we are so grateful! She also did this when there was an enormous amount of people in the waiting rooms and hallways.
