She consistently demonstrated knowledge and skill in performing all procedures involved in providing for my mother’s improvements to her health and comfort. She was very kind and gentle in her treatment and conversation. We especially were grateful for the accurate and thorough way she explained things to family members. Many small events and her general high level of care and proficiency. The extra kindness and efforts she made to make my mom comfortable and keep family members informed were especially appreciated. She called us at home to keep us updated.
