My mom was admitted to Banner for issues she had never experienced before. We had so many questions and worries. After two days, Bryce was on duty. He was her nurse for three days. He was a Godsend to us. He went above and beyond in his care and attention, not only to Mom as a patient, calming and reassuring her that he was there for her needs, but also caring about us as her family by answering questions and concerns. He was more than a caregiver. He showed true concern by taking time to not appear rushed (although he was busy). He went the extra mile to bring in therapy dogs to cheer her up.
