Buffy Ruff, RN

Buffy Ruff was a pleasure from the moment we arrived. Her positivity, confidence, and knowledge put us at ease from the moment she began assisting us. My mom had a very difficult time with placement in a swing bed facility. Buffy made numerous calls to several different facilities. Despite meeting with major resistance, she stayed the course and worked diligently for three straight days to find a facility that would take her. She kept us informed, solicited our opinions and input, and never gave up, despite the initial “no's” she received. She kept pushing and was ultimately successful. We are so thankful for her kindness, determination, and professionalism.
