... we had a patient that really needed to get back to her children. The patient's insurance transport would have taken up to 3 hours for her to be picked up. She was upset and had a history of anxiety and really did not need to be further upset. Her nurse out of the goodness of her heart gave her bus fare to speed her transport home to be with her children. For that merciful deed, I nominate Bynithia for her caring heart.
