Recently, Byron assisted the spouse of a patient as they were discharged to return home out of town by arranging for the hospital police to lead them to the highway. He also asked that they contact the facility upon safely arriving home.
In today's world, everything is changing at lightning speed. Along with everything else, healthcare is changing also. The one thing we cannot change or eliminate is the "care" out of healthcare. This is exactly what Byron exemplified in his actions.
